Warrenty and Refund Policy
We guarantee complete satisfaction of your microscope or we will refund your money. Most microscopes, except for special and reconditioned microscopes, may be returned for a refund if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. If you are unsatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon arrival, simply send the product in original condition back in its original packaging for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. All orders returned after the forty-eight hour period require a return authorization number and are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee; we only accept returns during the first thirty days upon delivery. All new microscopes carry the complete manufacturers' warranty of five years or more; pre-owned and rebuilt microscopes carry a one-year warranty.
